All of Me Part 2

May 4, 2025    David Hermes

In this message, we’re invited to love God with our whole soul—our entire being. Jesus says in Mark 12:28-31 that the greatest commandment is to love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. But what does that really mean? When we talk about the soul—our psuche in Greek—we’re talking about our identity, our life, and who we are deep down. It’s not just about how we feel; it’s about giving our whole selves to God.

This message challenges us to let go of what people think and trust God with our identity. It’s about letting Him tell us who we are and living boldly for Him. When we do, life becomes an act of worship—not just in church, but in everything we do. God sees us as chosen, royal, and set apart, and when we start to believe that, it changes how we handle everything.

Surrendering your whole self to God isn’t about losing who you are—it’s about becoming who you were always meant to be. And that kind of relationship with Him changes everything.
