Thank you so much for your interest in the Hope Valley Building Campaign. We titled this campaign "Rooted" because we are looking for a permanent place we can call 'home" and will be a hub for God to continue the great work that He has started in and among us.
Check out this page for information about the campaign, how you can participate and  occasional updates as we move forward together.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

STEP ONE:  PRAY

We are believing God to raise $900,000 dollars over the next two years as a church.  It will require faith and faithfulness for God to accomplish this, and we believe that He will inspire you about how you can participate.

STEP 2: PLEDGE

When you have prayed and have confidence about how God is inviting you to give, please fill out a pledge form. This will help us understand how far along we are, and how we can believe God to meet you through this process.

FOR AUTOMATIC & RECURRING GIVING

You can create a pledge that you set and forget. To choose this option set up your pledge as follows:

  • Select "Create Recurring Pledge".  This will automatically divide your gift into a payment schedule.
  • Select "Create Pledge" (it may prompt you to login, or create a user)
  • Enter Card Info
  • Select "Create Pledge" Again.
  • You will get an email every time your gift is automatically drafted.

  •  Enter your 2 year commitment.
  • Select "Create Pledge" (it may prompt you to login, or create a user)

STEP 3: BELIEVE GOD

We are trusting God to do miracles in our midst as we step out in faith together.

FAQ'S

Why are we starting a building campaign now?
We have always wanted a long term or permanent home in Denver because we believe God is doing an amazing thing in this city. Since we launched Hope Valley in 2019 we have been in five different locations and with our current lease at Industry expiring in October 2027, now is the right time to start preparing for what God will provide for us. We are believing God wants us to have a long term home in this neighborhood and that it is wise to raise money now so we are prepared when the right opportunity arises.
Do we really believe the fundraising goal is achievable?
Yes! 100%. The fundraising goal has been prayerfully considered by church leadership, our external board, and the Building Committee, and while it is a large amount of money, we believe God will provide for this house through our congregation.
Will we be able to buy a building for that amount of money?
Short answer is maybe. Buildings large enough for our current congregation can be quite expensive and we expect to grow in the next two years. However, we have seen God provide buildings for other churches in creative ways:
Being given a building by a donor or another church
Providing below market rate buying opportunities
Giving a church very favorable, long term lease agreements
During the campaign the Building Committee and pastors will be evaluating multiple options for a long-term home that will provide stability for our church and allow us to continue the miracle of Hope Valley.
Should I give to the Building Campaign instead of tithing?
We are asking for contributions to the Building Campaign to be above and beyond your normal tithe. For some, this is an opportunity to start giving altogether, for others, it is a chance to stretch your faith and believe that God will do more with your finances if you trust in him. Normal tithing will allow to church to continue to function over the next two years.
How is the money being set aside from other giving?
Money designated for the Building Campaign will be tracked through our giving platform (Subsplash) and set aside in a different bank account, only to be used for building related purchases. The money will not be able to be used for things like pastoral salaries, rent, operations of the church, or external giving.

We intend to be fully transparent with the amount of money pledged and given during the campaign and are committed to providing updates at least quarterly, if not more often.
What happens if we don’t meet the goal?
Any amount of money raised for the Building Campaign will go towards providing a stable long-term facility for Hope Valley. We will steward whatever we end up raising to that end as we prayerfully consider our options at the end of our current lease. For what it’s worth, we are very confident we will be able to meet this goal and hope you can join us to pray God would move mountains for Hope Valley.
