As we dive into the power of prayer, I can’t help but think about the blind man in Luke 18 who cried out to Jesus. His story reminds us that prayer isn’t always a quiet whisper it can be raw, passionate, and full of emotion. Sometimes those are the prayers that happen when we’re completely alone with God, where we can be fully honest and vulnerable.

The blind man didn’t hold back. Even when people told him to stay quiet, he kept crying out, and that persistence caught Jesus’ attention so much so that He stopped and healed him. That shows us just how much our cries can move God’s heart.

This challenges us to really take a look at our own prayer life. Are we praying with that same kind of faith and intensity? Are we willing to keep crying out even when it feels like nothing is happening? This story pushes us not to give up, no matter how long we’ve been waiting or how impossible our situation seems.
